Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to BVN bookings processed for the organizer, with payments operated by Hardik Ashok Oswal / Namaskar Cotton.

1. Guest cancellations

• You may cancel and request a refund only before the event start time, as described in the Refund Policy.
• After the event has started, the pass is treated as used — no cancellation refund.

2. Organizer / event cancellations

If the organizer cancels or materially relocates the event, eligible guests will be offered a refund of the ticket amount paid (subject to payment-gateway timelines). Contact refund@covalinx.in with your booking code.

3. Force majeure

Extreme weather, government orders, or other events beyond reasonable control may delay or cancel the event. Refund handling in those cases follows organizer and platform rules communicated at the time.
