Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to ticket purchases on the BVN site — powered by Covalinx, operated by Hardik Ashok Oswal / Namaskar Cotton.

1. When you can request a refund

• Before the event starts: You may request a refund any time up to the official event start date & time published on this site.
• After the event has started or completed: Refunds are not available.

2. How to request

Email refund@covalinx.in from the email/phone used at booking and include:

• Booking / ticket code
• Event name and date
• Registered phone number
• Reason for the request

3. Processing

• Eligible refunds are typically initiated within 3 business days of approval. Your bank/UPI may take additional time (often 5–7 business days).
• Gateway / platform service fees may be non-refundable where applicable.
