These Terms govern your use of the BVN ticketing website (bvn.covalinx.in), operated for this event by Hardik Ashok Oswal under Namaskar Cotton, with technology powered by Covalinx. By booking or using this site you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
This site provides online event ticketing — guests buy invitation passes for Belagavi Vibrant Navratri (BVN). The event organizer (Marwadi Yuva Manch & Rotary Club of Venugram Belgaum) is responsible for the event itself. Covalinx / Namaskar Cotton provide the booking and payment technology.
2. Accounts
- Provide accurate name and phone details at booking.
- You are responsible for activity under your verified phone number.
- Booking and payment records may be retained for accounting, refunds, fraud prevention, and law.
3. Bookings & payments
- Prices, fees, and taxes shown at checkout are the amount payable.
- Payments are processed via our payment gateway partner (Cashfree).
- A paid / confirmed pass is your entry credential (subject to event rules).
4. Organizer responsibilities
The organizer is responsible for event content, venue rules, age limits, safety, and delivering the experience as advertised. The platform is not the organizer unless stated otherwise.
